The New Ranking system is going to consist of 9 Council members. Each members vote counts as the same. The council will me 1-2 times a month and vote on the following. New recruits, admin abuse/ and promotions, clan donations, scrim team productivity, inner clan disputes or fighting, and activity levels of clan members.
There are still 4 leaders in this clan. PatoNegro, Wicked , EvilCheesy, CR 250 The leaders still have the power to ban// promote and demote members with out the authority of anyone else. Each leader has the obligation to donate not only there time but money into making this clan successful. The whole idea of imposing these new ranks and rules is to make the clan run smoother, knowing we have more members in a position to make a difference.
Each of the following 5 Ranks Ceo through ast. Head Admin are apart of the Council and help us vote on key decisions in the clan.
1- CEO - Chief Executive Office- Copenhagen // Kult
This is the highest ranked Administrator in our clan. His job is to over see all operations ongoing. His job consists of overlooking the pub servers and all aspects of it. This Includes anyone below him admins/members/recruits. The Ceo is also in charge of running the Cal team/scrim teams. He decides who gets to represent Kult outside of our public servers.
2- General Manager - Reaper // Kult
Overall Responsibility for managing the public servers, scrim teams/ scrim leaders. Also in charge of overlooking all Admins in the public servers. The GM also has the authority to select scrim team leaders, and remove people off the scrim team. All recruits do not get selected to be voted into the clan until The GM gives them his level of Approval on Activity/skill level/how well they get along and know the members/rules and there contributions to the clan and servers in general.
3- Ast. General Manager - Patron // Kult
The job of the ast. GM is to work along side the GM. The ast. GM has the same job classifications as the GM. He overlooks all public servers/ scrim teams. Has the authority to remove members/admins
who are not doing there job. The ast. GM Takes the place of the GM when not present.
4- HEAD ADMIN- TRIX // KULT
The job of the Head admin is to run the main public server. He/she is in charge of all admins/members/recruits/guests in the server. In order to receive promotions in any
classification of the clan you must be in good standings with the head/ast. ADMINS. Head Admin can ban/kick/suspend any member of the clan below them if they do not follow the kult rules/guild
lines in the public servers.
5- Ast. Head Admin CROSSHAIRS // KULT
The Ast. Head admin works along side the Head Admin. The job classifications are the same. There job is to run the server as well, and overlook Admins,recruiting,members/guests. The ast. Admin
is the Head admins second pair of eyes, and right hand man in making any keys decisions that involve the server, or members.
All 9 of these Council Members Leaders to Ast. Head admin are apart of the Council, and make
key decisions on the clan.
In order to become a full members of the clan The GM has to give you his stamp of approval and one of these members has to Sponsor you and bring you up in a Clan meeting.
Admin Ranking
1-Senior Admin - The most active Loyal members of the clan. Do not cause problems or abuse admin in anyway. Are key pieces to the clan and highly respected. There job is to run the server when a higher ranking officer is not present at the time. They are trusted throughout the clan, and have the permission to kick/ban/change maps .Senior admins are the only admins who can sponsor a guest in the server that wants to become a kult recruit. Any admins below a Senior admin can not do this.
2-Admin- Active members, loyal members. Working there way up the ladder. There job is to maintain the balance in the server. Enforce the rules on the clan on people who do not know them. Keep the
peace and have the ability to run the server when a ranking officer isn't present. A admin never bans anyone in the public servers unless talking with a higher ranking official.
3-Jr Admin- This is our newer admins. Do not have full access. This is a probational period in which they are being tested. The Jr. Admins job is to enforce the rules on the clan on guests of the server, this is only verbal enforcement not abusive enforcement. Rarely do they have the opportunity to use admin, but they do have the ability.
Full Members- Loyal Active members. Big part of the clan. All members regardless of there standing in this clan are looked at as equals. Full Members are just as important as anyone else, they just don't have the authority of an Admin or ranking officer, but there opinion means just the same.
Kult Recruit - [kR] -- New recruit tag that must be worn and seen on these members at all times.
Regardless of the server they are playing in at the time. Recruits are on a probational period in the clan until a council member sponsors then in the upcoming meeting. This does not guarantee them
entrance into the clan only that there name be brought up for a vote. The best way for a KR to get into the clan is to, Get to know the members, Follow the server rules, Be Active, and get known for being a positive addition to the clan rather then a negative.
